I was having very slow draining in my bathroom so I called Big Creek Plumbing, whom has been fantastic in my smaller plumbing needs. They unfortunately were booked out but recommended Ken as an alternative. Ken and his team were great. He initially recommended that I call the city to snake the lines from the street, which I did and if it worked would have saved me money and lost him buisness. When that failed Ken and his team came out early the next day and fixed my issues while being professional throughout. Great experience all things considered. Ken was able to come out right away and they replaced the broken pipe and installed new valves very quickly. Price was very fair. They did a great job and I would use them again! I thought they were coming to look at the job but once here, decided to just go ahead and replace it.  I was very happy as it was my only shower.  Also, it was done at a very reasonable price.
